Booking & Cancellation Policy

The course fee includes class tuition and training materials.

Cancellation Policy
Island Computers & Training do everything possible to ensure that our classes will run smoothly and on schedule. We believe that we have taken the necessary steps to minimize any potential disruption and encourage our customers to contact us if they have any questions or concerns.

• Customers who cancel their course registration at least five business days prior to the first day of class will receive a full refund or credit.

• Customers who cancel their reservation within less than three business days before the start of class will be charged 50% of the full fee.

• Customers may substitute another student from their company at any time up until the first day of class.

Payment Policies
Payment must be made by a Credit Card, LaserCard, Cash, Bankers Draft or Cheque, when registering. Payment or purchase order must be received no later than five business days before the course begins.
Please indicate whether your company will be issuing an official purchase order.

Course Changes
Island Computers & Training reserves the right to change course content or the schedule. In addition, Island Computers & Training reserves the right to discontinue or cancel courses if minimum enrollment is not met, or when conditions beyond the company’s control prevail. In the event of cancellation, you will be notified within three working days prior to the course start date and given priority registration in the next scheduled courses.

Course Materials
Each student will receive a copy of the course materials used on the training course. Floppydisks, Memorys Pens and other related Storage media from external sources are not allowed on training courses. Any copies of students work can be made at the end of a course on request.
